iKOTE MT 40X

DESCRIPTION:

iKote MT 40X is a high strength, 2-component fast-curing, hybrid Urethane waterproofing coating. iKote MTX40 is a low-viscous highly-penetrative coating which upon curing forms a flexible membrane, making it suitable for all types of waterproofing applications on all types of substrates. iKote MT 40X has excellent adhesion to all substrates and can also be applied on wet and damp surfaces. 

iKote MT 40X is used for waterproofing on the following:

-Planter boxes.
-Swimming pools.
-Water reservoirs.
-Retaining walls.
-Metal profile sheets.
-On top of PU insulation.
-Existing Bitumen membranes.
-Roofs, terraces, and balconies.
-Lift pits and buried concrete structures.
-Wet areas, and water features like fountains.
